About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds

  • 1 cup walnuts

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp pink salt

  • 1 tbsp raw honey (optional)

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).

  • Toss nuts in melted coconut oil, cinnamon, salt, and honey if using.

  • Spread on a baking tray and roast for 12-15 minutes.

  • Let cool before serving.
