About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200g grass-fed beef mince

  • 2 free-range eggs

  • 1 tbsp ghee or olive oil

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp cumin

  • ½ tsp Himalayan salt

  • 1 handful kale or Swiss chard

  • ¼ avocado, sliced

Preparation

  • Heat ghee or olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  • Add beef mince and season with paprika, cumin, and salt.

  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • In the same pan, crack the eggs and cook to your preference.

  • Serve mince and eggs with kale and avocado on the side.
