About the Recipe

Ingredients
200g grass-fed beef mince
2 free-range eggs
1 tbsp ghee or olive oil
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp Himalayan salt
1 handful kale or Swiss chard
¼ avocado, sliced
Preparation
Heat ghee or olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add beef mince and season with paprika, cumin, and salt.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In the same pan, crack the eggs and cook to your preference.
Serve mince and eggs with kale and avocado on the side.
