Ingredients
For the Fish:
2 fillets of white fish (hake, cod, or seabass)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup almond flakes
½ tsp Himalayan salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
For the Green Beans:
2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
1 tbsp butter or ghee
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp lemon zest
Preparation
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Prepare the Fish:
Place fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Sprinkle almond flakes evenly over the fillets.
Roast the Fish:
Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is flaky and the almonds are golden brown.
Prepare the Green Beans:
While the fish is roasting, heat butter or ghee in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Toss in the green beans and season with salt, black pepper, and lemon zest.
Sauté for 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
Assemble & Serve:
Plate the green beans and place the roasted fish on top.
Drizzle with extra lemon juice for a fresh, zesty finish.
