Omega-3 Power Salad with Salmon & Avocado

Ingredients
1 fillet wild-caught salmon (grilled or baked)
1 handful of mixed leafy greens
½ avocado, sliced
¼ cup walnuts
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Grill or bake salmon at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 minutes.
Toss greens, avocado, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds in olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Top with salmon and serve immediately.
