Ingredients
3 cups homemade bone broth (chicken or beef)
1 handful kale or spinach
1 zucchini, spiralized
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
Preparation
Heat bone broth in a pot over medium heat.
Add garlic, turmeric, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar.
Simmer for 10 minutes, then add greens and zucchini noodles.
Let cook for 5 more minutes, then serve warm.
