Ingredients

  • 3 cups homemade bone broth (chicken or beef)

  • 1 handful kale or spinach

  • 1 zucchini, spiralized

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp ghee or coconut oil

Preparation

  • Heat bone broth in a pot over medium heat.

  • Add garlic, turmeric, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar.

  • Simmer for 10 minutes, then add greens and zucchini noodles.

  • Let cook for 5 more minutes, then serve warm.
