About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ cup flaxseeds

  • ½ cup sesame seeds

  • ½ cup sunflower seeds

  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt

  • ½ tsp dried rosemary or oregano

  • 1 cup water

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes until thickened.

  • Spread mixture evenly on a lined baking tray.

  • Bake for 30 minutes, then break into crackers.

  • Store in an airtight container for a fiber-rich snack.
