About the Recipe

Ingredients
½ cup flaxseeds
½ cup sesame seeds
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup pumpkin seeds
1 tsp Himalayan salt
½ tsp dried rosemary or oregano
1 cup water
Preparation
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes until thickened.
Spread mixture evenly on a lined baking tray.
Bake for 30 minutes, then break into crackers.
Store in an airtight container for a fiber-rich snack.
